Customer Care Specialist - Travel & Hospitality Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and assist customers with travel package inquiries, delivering outstanding service
• Prepare essential travel documentation and work with internal teams to ensure every trip detail is flawlessly executed
• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and travel arrangements
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Partner with sales, operations and suppliers to make every trip unforgettable

Customer Care Specialist - Travel & Hospitality Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or call centers. Travel/hospitality experience a bonus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for problem-solving
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Excel expertise is a plus
• Proactive, organized and motivated to grow in the travel and hospitality field
