Description Collision Customer Administrative Rep Balise is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service assistant for our busy Collision Center.
Job Responsibilities: - Coordinate repair needs for Collision associates
- Update appropriate customer and staff with repair status of vehicles
- Daily interaction with customers, appraiser, technicians and managers
- Communicate processes to vehicle repair in a timely and effective manner to all customers
- Contact appropriate parties for delivery needs
- Track production schedule for vehicles and communicate those targets with customers and collision center associates.
- Maintain continual industry education to keep up with changes in repair requirements and product knowledge
Environmental & Physical Requirements: - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds

Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience using Microsoft Word & Excel
- Bilingual: Spanish speaking preferred, but not required
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of vehicle repair practices
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to interpret work scope from vehicle estimates and work orders
