Customer Service Representative based in our
Colfax office who can thrive in fast paced, high pressure work environment. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, in this position you will be offering superb customer service to both our residential and commercial propane customers. Our ideal candidate will have a team player attitude.
Example of duties and responsibilities: - Answering Phones and greeting visitors
- New customer setup
- Accounts Receivable
- Scheduling Deliveries & Work Orders
- Bookkeeping
- Running reports
- Data entry
We expect our CSR to have the following skills and abilities: - Phone skills that are courteous, friendly, and professional
- Fast paced work ethic
- People skills that put visitors at ease
- Detail oriented and focused
- Computer literate with a proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Time management - can balance work to meet deadlines and can work in sometimes hectic situations
- Exceptional accounting/bookkeeping skills
Ability to pass Background and Drug Screen if Required by Client.
