Job Title: E-Commerce Customer Service Representative
Overview: Corky's BBQ is seeking a customer service representative who will work on our e-commerce platform and assist customers with placing orders, answering questions, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Responsibilities:
•Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and website submissions
•Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise
•Update customer information in the database and ensure accuracy
•Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service- report customer issues
•Record customer issues and follow up with next steps
•Reporting
•Reships
•Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, order accuracy, and response time
•Stay up-to-date with product information, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
•Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest solutions to management
•Educate, encourage and incentivize customers to place their own orders on the website
•All other duties assigned .
32 hours
Monday - Friday ***Weekend availability during December
Overtime eligible
up to $15 per hour based on experience
