Collect past due payments greater than 10 days past due. Provide customer service to current customers, vendors, and employees. Monitor update and maintain titling portfolio. Negotiate and collect deficient accounts.
Credit Manager Representative Duties and responsibilities:
- Contact past due customers to collect past due payments. Negotiate payment arrangements. Recommend and manage repossessions.
- Assist in monitoring posted payments, loan pay offs, daily mail, extensions, and revisions.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and current title portfolio.
- Resolve titling issues with dealerships, customers, and DMV.
- Collect and work with legal department to resolve deficiency accounts.
- Back up to customer Insurance portfolio.
- Approve and/or deny credit requests from dealerships and individuals within credit authority.
- Manage collection portfolio to minimize delinquency and loss.
- Complete and input loan documents for funding.
- Work with sales representatives to maximize profits while limiting portfolio exposure.
Credit & Collection Manager Qualifications: - 5 years of Collection experience.
- Management experience required
- Customer service experience
- Detail oriented
