Responsibilities: We are looking for a Nursing Manager to join the growing Med Surg team at our Downtown Fresno Campus, home to the region's only Level I Trauma Center. In your role, you will have the unique opportunity to direct, supervise and evaluate patient care performance in our Med Surg 7 West Oncology & Stepdown unit at Community Regional. With 20 licensed beds and 24 licensed Progressive Care beds, the patients in this unit range from moderate to low and intermediate acuity, including trauma, orthopedic, surgery, and more. You will be a proactive leader with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills who pays meticulous attention to detail and thrives on collaborating with senior leaders, physicians, surgeons, and medical staff.
