Job Description
LHH is working with a great firm in San Diego, CA. They are looking for coverage for 6-8 weeks starting this month. They are looking for a Conflicts and Business Intake Specialist. Responsibilities: \u2022 Analyze and process all conflict requests to ensure that all firm engagements and hires are clear from a business and ethical perspective. \u2022 Prepare database search terms and create conflicts reports for related parties. \u2022 Request waivers for all matters requiring consent and confirm that all conflicts have been resolved. \u2022 Provide summaries to attorneys. Experience: \u2022 1-3 years\u2019 experience in a law firm. \u2022 Experience with SAP Concur or similar software is a plus. \u2022 Experience with conflict reports and preparing summaries. \u2022 Experience reviewing new memos for accuracy and completion. \u2022 Process client intake forms, new matter memos, engagement letters, waiver letters etc. Role: \u2022 Start as soon as possible and will last 6-8 weeks. \u2022 Location: onsite daily in San Diego, CA. \u2022 Pay: $28 - $33 an hour. \u2022 Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
