In turn, we are dedicated to ensuring our team of caregivers feel the same compassion provided to the residents.If any part of this message resonates with you, then Complete Care at Plainfield wants to hear from you!Infection Preventionist-LPN Qualifications & Responsibilities:Associates Degree in Nursing Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse Wound care/infection prevention experience preferred, not required Infection Prevention Training Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required Provide patient care based on scientific principles/nursing theory and evidence-based practice Recognize change in the patient’s condition and intervene appropriately Prioritize nursing actions including reflecting patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames Educate and counsel patients and their families on wound care processes and issues Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
