We are looking for an experienced floor / beverage manager to join an established award-winning restaurant in the Hamptons town of Montauk. Restaurant manager will lead and motivate a seasoned staff in a high-volume restaurant with a focus on customer service and quality for the 2025 season.

Requirements:
-At least 2 years experience as a FOH Restaurant Manager
-A creative, ambitious and friendly personality
-Strong leadership skills and an ability to delegate and multitask
-A strong work ethic
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and coordinate day-to-day FOH kitchen activities ensuring the highest quality of customer service
-Manage employee performance through training, coaching, evaluation and mentoring
-Play an active role in the hiring, management and scheduling of all FOH staff
-Maintain beverage costing and training
-Coordinate proper smallwares inventories and ordering of FOH supplies
