Position Title: Area Operations Manager – Relocation Assistance Available

The Role:

We are looking for an energetic and strategic Area Operations Manager to oversee and optimize operations across multiple locations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead diverse teams, drive operational excellence, and make a meaningful impact in developing a team of extraordinary individuals empowered to encourage one guest at a time.

What You'll Do:

• Leadership & Team Management: Inspire, mentor, and empower team leaders and staff to achieve operational goals and uphold company values of encouragement, personal responsibility, consistency, leadership and excellence.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth and efficient operations across multiple sites, meeting performance, quality, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans that align with company objectives and drive sustainable growth.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze KPIs and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
• Compliance & Standards: Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, local, state, and federal laws, and safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a multi-site operations management role, ideally within or similar to the restaurants / fast casual dining industries.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Restaurant Administration, or related field required. Less formal education with more on-the-job experience may be substituted.
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification required.
• Certified Restaurant Manager (CRM) certification preferred.
• More than five years of related experience required.
