Job Description: Are you an experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent looking for your next big challenge? Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee and manage electrical installations for high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical work, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with other trades and project teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
  • Manage the procurement and inventory of electrical materials and equipment.
  • Ensure timely completion of electrical work within budget and project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and records of work performed.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on the job site.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Superintendent or similar role in large-scale construction projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., Master Electrician, OSHA certification) are a plus.
