- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and effectively
- Process transactions, including payments and refunds, with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
- Adapt to changing customer needs and company procedures with flexibility
- Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining a professional and supportive attitude
Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic setting
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including days and evenings
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to wear a company uniform
- Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customers
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
