Job title: Aircraft Certification/ ETOPS Engineer

Job Description:
Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Years of experience in aviation certification, preferably in aircraft ETOPS certification processes.
Participation in past “Early ETOPS” certification efforts
In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, particularly 14CFR Part 25 Appendix K ETOPS.
Experience with aircraft systems, reliability assessments, and maintenance programs related to extended operations.
Required Skills:
Regulatory Experience (FAA/EASA Interaction, Compliance/Non-compliance, ETOPS familiarity)
Strong knowledge of Aircraft Systems, Flight Test Experience and Certification Experience
Change Process/DAE Knowledge, Safety Experience (FTA, Safety assessment/review, COSP process)
Human Factors, Maintenance Operations and Crew Operations Experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively prepare technical documentation and interact with regulatory authorities.
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with certification software or tools used in the aviation industry is a plus.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
Strong analytical skills and experience in risk management methodologies.
Familiarity with international regulatory frameworks and working knowledge of ETOPS-related documents (e.g., Maintenance Planning Documents, Flight Operations Manuals, etc.).
