Full-time Quality Manager needed in Lower Bucks County

CDP Solutions has been retained to find a talented Quality Manager for a rapidly growing manufacturing company. One of their flagship operations is located in Lower Bucks County. Their intention is to hire and retain the best people in the industry and to have a relentless commitment to customer service.

Job Functions:

• Oversee and manage ISO 9001 quality standards
• Maintain and oversee the Quality Management Systems
• Internal audits of the system and work with personnel to improve processes
• Manage the quality department’s KPI’s & report monthly to the executive leadership team
• Provide leadership, training, coaching to department staff
• Oversee the calibration of all measurement tools
• Manager the corrective action and nonconformance processes
• Develop, analyze statistical data & product specs to determine standards
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
• Interact with customers at the plant in Bucks County
