This role is ideal for an individual who is an entrepreneur at heart, with a proven track record in individual fundraising within the non-profit sector, and a passion for expanding access to mental health services. The Vice President of Development will be responsible for shaping the development strategy, crafting a multi-year hiring plan, and providing hands-on execution to meet the organization's aggressive philanthropic revenue goals.The ideal candidate will be emotionally intelligent, a born leader, and driven by customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on providing a customized, outstanding experience for donors. They should be experienced in managing a development team and have a full set of fundraising skills, including major giving, corporate partnerships, and foundation relations. A flexible, mission-driven approach is essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 15-25 years of experience in non-profit fundraising, with a management background. The Vice President of Development will serve as a thought partner to the Founder & CEO, and as such, must be capable of building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from business and tech leaders to clinicians, scientists, and policymakers.
