About the Role

The Vice President will also be tasked with community engagement to enhance recruitment opportunities and will lead a high-performing enrollment management team.Applicants for the Vice President of Enrollment Management position at the company must have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven years' of leadership experience in enrollment management within a higher education or related setting. A master's degree is preferred, along with a proven track record of at least five years' in a similar leadership role. The role demands a candidate with a strong knowledge of enrollment best practices, current trends, and issues in higher education, as well as experience in the use of customer relationship management tools. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
