About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Operations to oversee and manage its business and operational functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial management, and administration, as well as information systems and marketing and communications. This role is pivotal in ensuring the organization's financial health and operational efficiency, and the VP of Operations will work closely with the CEO, the leadership team, and various consultants to achieve these goals. In addition to the core operational responsibilities, the VP of Operations will have direct oversight of two areas of service delivery, including a Center of Excellence program and Community Engagement Services.
