The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Admissions and Assistant Vice President of Enrollment to lead and innovate in the strategic management of undergraduate admissions. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in enrollment management, particularly within a highly selective research university setting. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of the institution, and the ideal candidate will be adept at using data-driven decision-making to support recruitment efforts, expanding the institution's reach to diverse student populations, and enhancing its academic profile. The AVP will be responsible for a large team and an operating budget, and must be skilled in financial management, team leadership, and fostering a culture of care and professional development.Key responsibilities for the AVP include leading the evaluation and selection processes for admissions, fostering a data-informed culture, and providing strategic direction for admissions operations and technology. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including academic units and professional associations. The candidate should have a master's degree and at least 6 years' experience, or a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years' of experience, in a relevant field. They must be adept at leveraging data and technology, and have a history of effective collaboration and exceptional communication skills. Personal qualities such as integrity, optimism, and a strong sense of humor are also highly valued.
