Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $17/hr
Position Overview: As a key point of contact for customers, the Administrative Assistant will play a vital role with office management procedures and basic accounting principles, knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines, and experience with scheduling software and other administrative tools. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to management and other team members, ensuring efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Administrative Assistant: - Manage communication, including emails, phone calls, and in-person interactions, in both languages
- Translate documents, correspondence, and communications as needed
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries
- Support other team members with various tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications for the Bilingual Administrative Assistant: - Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or similar administrative role
- Must be fluent in Spanish/English
- Bilingual proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
Education Requirements: - High School diploma or GED is required
