Job Description - Determines, verifies, and documents eligibility and notifies parents of their eligibility status.
- Maintain all child care appeals and conduct scheduled appeal hearings.
- Tracks attendance and services utilization.
- Maintain an Early Learning Program caseload which includes different partnerships.
- Refers suspected fraud or misuse to the appropriate resource.
- Provides process informational support/instruction to parents as needed.
- Serves on work groups and manages special projects and assignments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications •Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent work experience
•One to three years in workforce development
•Strong customer service skills required
•Excellent internal and external customer service skills, including a positive attitude and good listening skills
•Ability to work with people from various backgrounds and with various needs
•Ability to work independently
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills with have strong attention to detail
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and ability to work in many different programs/platforms.
•Be reliable and a team-player
