The Support Coordinator provides clerical and administrative support necessary for operations.

Responsibilities:
- 1. Manages all phone communication inclusive of patients, families, staff, and referral sources.
- 2. Assists with patient/staff scheduling.
- 3. Enters all required data into EMR efficiently and accurately.
- 4. Assists with payroll processing and supply management.
- 5. Schedules meetings and other complete other assigned duties as requested.
- 6. Participates in staff meetings, in-service programs, and other meetings as requested. May be requested to serve on committees.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION
High School graduate or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two years experience in a healthcare environment.
LICENSURE
N/A
SPECIAL SKILLS
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task. Knowledge of medical terminology helpful. Strong computer skills.
PHYSICAL DEMAND
Good eyesight; able to sit for long periods of time.
Additional Information:
Scheduling and homecare experience preferred however not required.
