Role and Responsibilities
- Trains, develops, motivates, and manages a high-performing sales team
- Develops positive long-term customer relationships
- Utilizes sales and consultative skills to solve customer problems and/or meet their needs
- Interacts with employees and provides prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
- Group training
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree recommended but not required
- Interest in the field of business
- High-volume customer service and sales
- Willing to be trained

$17-$23 hourly pay, paid weekly (OTE $51k-61k)
