Role and Responsibilities

• Trains, develops, motivates, and manages a high-performing sales team
• Develops positive long-term customer relationships
• Utilizes sales and consultative skills to solve customer problems and/or meet their needs
• Interacts with employees and provides prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
• Group training
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree recommended but not required
• Interest in the field of business
• High-volume customer service and sales
• Willing to be trained

$17-$23 hourly pay, paid weekly (OTE $51k-61k)
