Position Overview
The Senior Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and mentoring our team of luxury real estate agents, ensuring compliance with real estate regulations, and driving sales performance for our high-end development projects. This leader will serve as the operational and strategic backbone of our sales team, maintaining a culture of excellence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise and mentor a team of licensed sales agents, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals for luxury developments.
- Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and align goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture aligned with Valor Capital's values.
Operational Oversight
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Review contracts and documentation prepared by agents for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage operational aspects of the office, including scheduling, reporting, and coordinating with other departments.
Sales Performance
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Partner with the marketing team to refine campaigns and develop innovative approaches to attract high-net-worth clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Client Relations
- Serve as a point of escalation for client concerns, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Education & Certification
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate is a strong addition is required.
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) or Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury market.
- Demonstrated success in managing and leading sales teams to achieve consistent year-over-year growth in revenue and performance. Luxury real estate market growth preferred.
- Familiarity with luxury developments, high-end clientele, and the local real estate market.
- Experience in managing teams that cater to diverse, global, and elite clientele, especially in multicultural or international markets.
