Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Operations personal to join our team. This role will play a critical part in driving our business growth by optimizing operational processes, enhancing customer engagement, and developing strategic partnerships within the resort operations industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement business development strategies that align with the company's growth objectives in the market.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the vacation ownership sector.
- Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including resorts, general managers, and travel partners, to expand out network.
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies.
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of business development initiatives, regularly reporting on progress and outcomes to senior management.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on business goals and effective of strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Excel, Word, and other business development tools.
- Ability to travel when needed
