What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Make outbound calls to build relationships and create your own book of business.
  • Close deals with new and existing customers to meet their freight transportation needs.
  • Use your negotiation skills to set pricing with shippers and carriers.
  • Oversee shipments daily to ensure smooth operations, solving challenges as they arise.
  • Communicate proactively with your team and customers, building trust and transparency.


What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • A degree is helpful but not required—we’ve seen plenty of success from people without one.
  • A competitive, hard-working mindset to stand out from the crowd.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
