What you will be doing:
- Working with patients to assist them through the financial process
- Assist with Medicare and Medicaid questions
- Help create and set up payment plans
- Explain out of pocket cost, insurance coverage, etc.
- Answering general questions related to payment/financial process
What you need:
- 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Customer service experience preferred
- Patience, positive attitude, and empathy
- EPIC experience preferred
- Medicare or Medicaid experience preferred
