We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Referral Coordinator to join our team and manage relationships with referral partners, ensuring smooth coordination of incoming and outgoing referrals. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track all referral cases (both incoming and outgoing), ensuring timely communication and follow-up with referral partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for referral partners, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate the flow of information between attorneys, referral partners, and clients.
- Ensure proper documentation and processing of referral agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with intake and case management teams to ensure all referral cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor referral case statuses and provide regular updates to referral partners.
- Identify and develop potential new referral sources, contributing to the firm's growth and network.
- Maintain an accurate database of referral partners, case details, and communication logs.
- Prepare and send referral fee distribution reports in coordination with the finance team.
- Assist with client intake as needed, ensuring a seamless transition for referred clients.
- Attend outside events after regular work hours as required.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships and interact professionally with attorneys, clients, and referral sources.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in legal software, case management systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with personal injury law, legal ethics, and referral fee arrangements is a plus.
- Legal experience is not required, but it is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.09 - $22.04 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
