What You’ll Do
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services focuses on providing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to pediatric age children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Customized treatment is offered in individual and small group settings to maximize impact and learning opportunities. The organization emphasizes supporting children's independence and growth into adulthood, offering advocacy, parent support groups, and connections to external resources. Services are available in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, and Arizona.
Role Description
This is an In-Center role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing parent education, implementing behavior management techniques, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of therapy programs.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis expertise
- Proficiency in Parent Education and Psychology
- Strong skills in Behavior Management
- Board certification as a Behavior Analyst
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
