Veterinarian Partner - Co-ownership Opportunity
We are seeking a Partner Veterinarian to lead a team and be an integral part of reimagining pet care at a well-established center in New Milford, CT.
Duties:
- Ensure veterinary care complies with all legal guidelines and standards, and guide associates to do the same.
- Be a role model and advocate for the hospital.
- Mentor associate veterinarians, fostering growth and development.
- Promote and deliver high-quality preventive care.
- Lead the team through efficient patient care and daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients using available technologies (telemedicine, texting, emails).
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and the community.
Competitive Compensation:
- Earn up to $200,000+ annually.
- 22% production rate.
