Summary:

Seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a dynamic team at a PT-owned outpatient practice in New Haven, CT! This clinic is affiliated with a large university and handles outpatient rehabilitation for their network. Opportunity to treat acute care ortho patients in house. New grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized patient care in 30-minute one-on-one appointments for -up visits, and one hour evaluations.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy and evidence-based practices.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy, with either a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree.
• Possession of a CT State License or eligibility for CT State licensure before the start date.
• Applicants must hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
