Qualifications:
- Sales Trailblazer: Minimum 5 years of SaaS solution sales experience, ideally in Healthcare or Life Sciences, with a hunger to innovate and transform the industry.
- Proven Closer: A true, unstoppable hunter with a demonstrated track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing large deals in a defined territory with key health system accounts.
- Healthcare Sales Expert: Deep experience in the healthcare sector (SaaS or medical equipment preferred), with the knowledge to navigate complex, large-scale sales cycles.
- Pipeline Architect: Experience building a robust sales pipeline and skillfully navigating complex contracts to drive the business to close while maintaining a long-term strategic vision.
- C-Suite Confidence: Comfortable engaging at all levels of a healthcare organization, especially in calling on C-suite executives to drive key decision-making.
- Master Communicator: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills, with the ability to captivate and inspire through storytelling and data-driven insights.
- Multitasking Maestro: Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously without missing a beat.
- Remote-Ready Collaborator: Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment, independently managing your work while actively collaborating with the team for ideation, strategy, and client meetings.
