Reporting to the Regional Ops. Manager, as a Lab Pack Sales Specialist , you’ll play a vital role in expanding our technical services by delivering tailored solutions and exceptional support to our customers. Based in Raleigh/Durham, you’ll work primarily from home , with occasional local travel (~25%) to conduct on-site customer walkthroughs and build strong relationships. You’ll conduct inventory assessments, craft competitive quotes, and collaborate with operations, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Job Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Business Development: Scope jobs, develop quotations, and collaborate with internal and external customers to identify and drive new business opportunities.
Operational Coordination : Serve as a technical liaison between Sales and Operations, ensuring seamless job execution.
Service Optimization & Profitability : Evaluate and optimize service levels during customer calls, recommend adjustments, and implement strategies to maximize pricing and profitability for Tradebe’s lab pack business line.
Health & Safety : Prioritize Health and Safety by adhering to all policies, processes, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field is preferred.
- Previous lab packing or de packing experience in the environmental service industry strongly preferred.
- Superb communication and follow-up skills
- Driver's License and the ability to reliably commute to potential customer sites as needed.
