Previous sales and recruiting experience is not required to succeed in this role!

We are hiring several Account Executives to start with us in January of 2025!

What you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelors degree
• Have a strong work ethic and ability to make a high volume of daily sales calls
• A good attitude!

The ideal candidate:

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong drive to learn, grow and succeed
• Display a high level of written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to think creatively
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills along with a proven ability to negotiate

Responsibilities and Commitments:

• Sourcing candidates by warm leads and cold calling, as well as LinkedIn, Career Builder, Indeed, and Zip Recruiter
• Posting our client's jobs on our platforms
• Assist credentialing and payroll with obtaining secure documents from your candidates
• Build relationships with education and healthcare professionals and manage their work assignments

Further Details:

• This is FULLY on-site in Tampa, FL
• Monday to Friday work schedule 8AM-5PM
