Greenwich Psychology Group is a private practice in New York City and Greenwich, CT. This position's ideal candidate is an experienced psychiatrist providing psychiatric and pharmacological interventions for children and adults. The candidate will conduct evaluations, and treatment plans. The candidate will work in a collaborative environment and work alongside seasoned clinicians who are experts in their respective specialties. The candidate will meet with the clinical director regularly to receive the consultation and support needed to grow successfully.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Psychiatrist at GPG, you will be a vital part of our multidisciplinary team, offering your expertise and compassion to deliver the highest quality care. Your key responsibilities include:
- Consulting with the clinic director to review psychiatric and pharmacological interventions.
- Conducting evaluations and documenting mental status examinations, safety assessments, and treatment plans.
- Identifying and documenting criteria specific to each patient’s level of treatment.
- Developing and prescribing psychopharmacological interventions.
- Monitoring medication efficacy, with biweekly follow-ups for new prescriptions and quarterly reviews for ongoing care.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in our EHR system.
- Collaborating with clinicians, families, and collateral providers to align treatment plans and support patient care.
- Participating in clinical team meetings and contributing to case conceptualizations and treatment planning.
QUALIFICATIONS
- MD Degree with completion of an accredited residency program in psychiatry.
- Board Certification in Psychiatry (required).
- A minimum of two (2) years of clinical practice experience (preferred).
- Active NY and/or CT Licensure and DEA registration.
- Experience in treating co-occurring disorders.
- Current CPR certification .
Compensation and Schedule
- Earning Potential : $200–$270 per hour.
- Pay Package : Compensation based on skills, education, training, and experience.
- Schedule : Flexible, allowing you to set your own hours.
- Work Setting : Hybrid model offering both in-office and telehealth appointments.
