Job Description
Bullfrog Spas - Retail Service seeks a Customer Care Representative dedicated to enhancing the customer experience. Responsibilities:
•Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels.
•Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service-related issues.
•Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally, aiming for first-call resolution.
•Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
•Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
•Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Requirements:
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
•Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
•Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
