Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, answering calls and addressing inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
  • Utilize approved scripts to conduct outbound calls to current customers about services, promotions, and follow-ups.
  • Effectively handle and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer needs and maintain a seamless workflow.
  • Step into other roles when needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
  • A natural problem-solver with a positive, people-first mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a clear speaking voice.
  • Previous telephone or customer service experience is a plus, 1+ years of experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to follow scripts and make outbound calls throughout the workday.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Schedule:
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday.
  • No weekends.
