About the Role
The candidate must be an M.D. or D.O.-accredited Psychiatrist with a proven track record in medical leadership, strategic program development, and multidisciplinary team management. The role requires a deep commitment to providing innovative, patient-centered care and driving growth across diverse markets.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement clinical strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services.
Clinical Oversight:
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Establish and maintain clinical protocols, policies, and quality improvement initiatives.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, fostering collaboration and professional development.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of clinical staff.
Program Development:
- Drive innovation in behavioral health service delivery, ensuring the implementation of best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to expand and optimize clinical programs across new and existing markets.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a clinical liaison with external partners, payers, and regulatory agencies.
- Represent the organization in clinical matters and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Must be an M.D. or D.O.-accredited Psychiatrist with active board certification in Psychiatry.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a clinical or healthcare management role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of behavioral health services, including adult and geriatric care.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead clinical teams across multiple regions while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Pay range and compensation package
- Compensation: $375,000 - $400,000 annually, with a performance-based bonus (TBD).
