Taldeco is an industrial consultant focusing on staffing and HR products. We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Troy, MI office. This position is 100% in office, not remote. The ideal candidate has sales experience in either staffing or contracting services. Candidates with existing business or relationships in the industry are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities through prospecting methods, conducting heavy outbound activity, and fulfilling client business needs.
Responsibilities
- Heavy outbound activity by calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messages
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM and to sales manager
- Conduct both new business meetings and current account meetings
- Train and develop internal team
Qualifications
- Proven sales success within an organization
- Bachelor's / Associate's degree in Business or relevant sales experience
- 2+ years' of relevant work experience
- Ability to handle objections, conduct meetings, and negotiate terms
Compensation
- $60,000 base + uncapped commission + quarterly and yearly bonuses
- Unlimited PTO
