Job Functions:

Perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment procedures in compliance with state, federal, and professional guidelines.

Operate a variety of imaging equipment, ensuring proper setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and ongoing care of the equipment.

Maintain equipment in excellent working condition, performing routine checks and addressing any issues promptly.

Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures, addressing both physical and physiological needs.

Assess the need for procedure revisions and make recommendations to optimize imaging results.

Coordinate daily imaging procedures, ensuring that all steps are followed accurately and efficiently.

Provide clear communication with patients regarding procedures, answering questions and addressing concerns.

Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for both patients and staff.

Skills & Requirements:

NJ State RT License – Required.

ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification – Required.

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – Required.

1+ years of experience in radiology or a related field.

Strong knowledge of a wide range of imaging equipment and techniques.

Ability to troubleshoot and maintain imaging equipment.

Commitment to patient safety and comfort.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
