Job Description This is a career position with upward movement opportunities within and outside of this office. This position is designed to start as a Customer Service Representative, learning the systems and rules, as you transition into Customer Service/Sales. The culture is fun and productive. Insurance experience mandatory. Possession of a Property & Casualty licensing is REQUIRED, Life & Health license is preferred. State Farm team member experience is REQUIRED. If you are not State Farm experience and are not licensed, please do not apply.
We are a hybrid (work/home) office. Must be flexible with the work location.
Duties: - Answer incoming calls to the agency
- Promote and build good customer relationships as a friendly, helpful, and engaged team member
- Provide excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and listening
- Provide prompt and accurate customer service
- Assist agent and Team Members with a variety of communication tasks
- Outgoing and customer focused. Be firm but fair
- ECRM (Salesforce) experience required, and computer skills a must
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
- Service can include responding to customer inquiries, i.e.: insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submission and billing clarification
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products/services
- Proactive in problem solving. This is important! Must be able to find answers
- Ability to work with and support a team of sales consultants
- Experience and ability to work remotely
- Complete various marketing tasks. Working knowledge of social media
- Show strong attention to details and follow up skills

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
