As part of the management committee, you will report to the site manager as well as to the OHS USA department.Your main responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) practices.- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in terms of health, safety and the environment.- Conduct internal and external audits, as well as incident investigations.- Promote a culture of QHSE excellence among employees and stakeholders.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report results to management.- Maintain and improve ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.- Oversee building maintenance and manage the associated budget.- Act as main contact with external bodies (CNESST, certification bodies, etc.).- Lead COMEX meetings (this position is part of the company's Executive Committee).- Management of 2 people

Requirements :
- Open to applicants with at least 2 years' experience in QHSE functions.- You are familiar with the requirements of regulation 3 of the SST.- Diploma in health, safety or environment, or equivalent experience.- Fluency in French and English- In-depth knowledge of ISO 45001 and 14001 standards, as well as CNESST/OSHA regulations.- Advanced skills in MS Office tools and audit management.
