Certification Details BLS Certification Registered Radiologic Technologist Sonography (ARRT) Registered Ultrasound Technologist (ARDMS) Job Details Requirement Education: Graduate of a two (2) year radiologic technology program or graduate of an ultrasound technology program. Job Requirements Licensure/Certification/Registration: Registered Radiologic Technologist Sonography from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) OR Registered Ultrasound Technologist from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS). Need to be proficient in vascular (not major arterials, etc- but aorta, carotid) DVT (upper and lower) and any emergent stuff (r/o occlusion, cold limn) In OB 1-2 trimester- not really anatomy scans but have to be able to do any emergent OB exams. Need all abdomen general competency. Additional Details To qualify as a traveler, the perm address of the traveler must be more than 50 miles away from the facility.
