Multifamily Superintendent

Location: Dayton OH

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 plus strong bonus opportunity

Our client is a leading Multifamily developer/GC. They have an immediate opportunity available for a Traveling Superintendent or someone local to the Dayton area. The initial project is a ground-up, two-year, Multifamily project.

Education and/or Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent on New Construction projects (Site work through turnover)
• Apartment complex, Hotel, or Sr Living project experience is a strong preference
