These skills enable you to thrive on a wide range of engagements that help your clients set and achieve their strategic and operational objectives.The Work:Partner with clients across the Semi-Conductor industry to implement new processes and technology in their organizationsLead execution teams to meet the needs of clients; Draw on industry best practice to inform recommendationsCreate and share thought leadership and cross-industry perspective with High Tech clientsInitiate relationships and build trust with clients to raise Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partnerManage responses to RFPs and support business development effortsMentor junior members of the teamTravel as needed, up to 80%Here’s What You Need:Minimum of 5 years combined experience in consulting and the High-Tech Semi-Conductor industryMinimum of 4 years' experience delivering programs in at least one of the following areas: platform implementations, Cloud transformation, and/or the execution of large-scale functional transformationsBachelor’s degreeBonus Points if:You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degreeSemiconductor equipment manufacturing Planning or Operations experienceOperations experience with companies in the Semiconductor Value ChainFront end Planning or Operations experienceBack end Planning or Operations experiencePLM/PDM product modeling with complex and/or multi-level BOMsPrior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)Compensation: Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
