Software Engineer, Machine Learning

You will be working on building a category-defining product—AI Automation will be a cornerstone in every enterprise in the world. Humans should not do soul-crushing repetitive and tedious work! Responsibilities

• Contribute to all aspects of the Machine Learning development process, including model architecture, data curation, training and inference infrastructures, evaluation pipelines, PEFT, and many other exciting cutting-edge AI technologies as they emerge.
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality products.
• Collaborate with product engineers to develop and integrate ML models and features.
• Collaborate with research scientists on original research in the space of foundation models.
• Build reliable and secure systems to power web-based applications.
• Develop prototypes and experiments while researching and developing novel ideas, new AI tools, and technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong algorithm, data structure, and coding skills.
• Familiarity with the state of the art in AI.
• Experience in end-to-end ML application development, including data engineering, model tuning, and model serving.
• Experience in NLP.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of excellence and desire to grow.
• Experience at fast-growing companies or startups.
• Experience in large-scale ML development.
• Exposure to architectural patterns of large-scale software applications.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience.

• The pay range for this position in California is estimated to fall in the base range of approximately $500,000 + Equity.
