Compensation: $24-$25/hour What You'll Be Doing: - Managing customer interactions via phone and email to troubleshoot technical issues and address inquiries.
- Reviewing customer transactions for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinating with third-party financial partners to reconcile transactions and resolve issues.
- Maintaining detailed reports for management and compliance using spreadsheets.
- Collaborating with the team to improve processes, create documentation, and implement systems for enhanced customer interactions.
- Supporting user onboarding and compliance tasks.
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative projects as needed.
What You'll Need to Be Considered: - A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college.
