Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities - Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Provide product information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service targets and metrics.
- Proactively reach out to customers to follow up on previous interactions or inquiries.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
