Sales Manager/Director - Inside and Outside Sales

Overseeing the program and development and management of outside and inside sales for a large and well know wholesale Sign Manufacturer with locations in Missouri and Mississippi, serving customers across the US - east of the Rockies. Sign Fab Inc consists of several divisions within the wholesale sign mfg industry - all growing and all in need of an experienced sales director/manager to build a team of excellent sales reps. This is an opportunity to be a part of creating from the 1st floor. Head office located near Lebanon, MO. Sign Fab employs over 150.

Key Traits

-Experience at building a department and a team of inside and outside sales. Experience in working with national accounts is a plus.

This position requires that the person be a highly organized, self-motivated individual who can work as part of a team and individually.

Possess strong persuasive skills for acquiring more customers and making more sales.

Must have strong leadership skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.

• Maintain sales volume, watching changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
• Develop and implement sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
• Possess good marketing skills for increasing customer base and sales.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver information to customers effectively.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, identify and address problems and meet deadlines.

Strong desire and ability to train and coach others to improve performance.

Strong accountability and follow-through skills

• Must be computer literate, particularly in office 365, MS Word, Excel and Outlook applications.
