Position Overview:
As an Internet Installer Technician , you will be responsible for installing, aligning, and maintaining our equipment to deliver high-quality internet services to our customers. This includes installing antennas, aligning them to our towers, setting up fiber connections, and ensuring all work meets safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Antenna Installation: Install and align customer antennas to connect to our towers.
- Fiber Installation: Perform fiber-to-the-premises (FTTP) installations, which may involve trenching, splicing, and testing.
- Roof and Ladder Work: Comfortably and safely work on roofs and ladders to complete installations.
- Customer Setup: Set up and configure routers, modems, and other customer premises equipment (CPE).
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with equipment, connections, or network performance.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of installations, configurations, and repairs.
- Communication: Educate customers on the use of their equipment and provide excellent customer service.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to ladder and roof safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in internet, satellite, or similar equipment installation (preferred but not required; we’re willing to train the right candidate).
- Comfort and experience working on ladders and roofs.
- Basic understanding of networking and wireless communication principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of fiber splicing and testing tools.
- Experience with trenching and running underground cable.
- Certification in networking, fiber optics, or related fields (a plus).

Work Location:
