Key Responsibilities

• Operate Centerless Grinding Machines : Produce precise parts and components while maintaining high production standards.
• Setup & Adjustments : Set up the machines, including selecting the appropriate grinding wheels and fixtures for each job.
• Monitor & Adjust : Oversee the grinding process, making adjustments to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Routine Maintenance : Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on the machines to ensure they are in top working condition.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate production records, tracking output and identifying any issues with machine performance.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the production team to identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
• Safety First : Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating centerless grinding machines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise work under tight tolerances.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
